The reason most people never achieve their dreams is because they simply give up. Life was never meant to be easy – it’s a constant struggle, with extreme lows and extreme highs. Remember that the times when its most important to persevere are the times that you will be most tested.“Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.”
Whenever quitting comes in your mind remember 3 things on which it mostly going to affect:

1. Immediate cause: 

it’s you. Obviously if you’re quieting something then its directly going to affect on you.

2. Remote cause: 

your parents, your loved one who did sacrifices for you. Whatever you do in life whatever you wants to do in life.Remember those sacrifices and value them. Do always things which they won’t regret of giving you those values and principles.

3. Ultimate cause :

 God. Who gives us life, air to breadth, energy to live the life..Have gratitude of  memory.. A good memory.

If you run alone it’s called as race but if god runs with you it’s called Grace.

Whatever may be situation…Whatever may be end result…Don’t you DARE quit. Don’t you DARE to settle. Don’t you DARE back down. Not TODAY, or any other day.When the tough moments come, NEVER FORGET, you are in THAT MOMENT, writing your legacy.

3.How to navigate in anonymous mode

Once you've downloaded one or more pages, you can get to the content by opening a new tab. You'll see your downloaded pages listed in their own "Downloads" section at the top, above some suggested online articles from Google.

Gosh, I seem to put this one on almost every list. Exercise has been one of my most empowering activities in the last couple years, and it has made me feel so much better about myself.
All you have to do is some kind of exercise whether in gym or yoga or at least brisk walking and you’ll see benefits.

As an aside, people who stand tall and confident are more attractive. That’s a good thing any day, in my book.

If you are a complainer and you focus on problems then change your focus now. Focusing on solutions instead of problems is one of the best things you can do for your confidence and your career. “I’m fat and lazy!” So how can you solve that? “But I can’t motivate myself!” So how can you solve that? “But I have no energy!” So what’s the solution? Try to get solution instead of focusing on problem. Remember Problems... A ladder to achieve success..!!

  • Check the length of your jump rope by holding it in your hands and ensuring the handles line up with your shoulders.
  • Start with feet together, hands holding ends of the jump rope, elbows in toward your ribs.
  • Swing the jump rope and hop over with feet together. Do not jump in between, just jump with each swing of the rope. Continue jumping for 1 minute. Complete 3 sets.

6.Body-Weight Exercises

Body-weight exercises get your heart pumping and your muscles activated. Increasing your muscle mass means more calories burned, even when you're not working out.
  • Start with arms at the your side and feet together. Jump feet apart and raise hands into a jumping jack. From there, place hands on the ground, jump feet out and back in. Rise up back into a jumping jack. Continue for 10 reps. Complete 3 sets.
  • Stand with legs straight, right hand on your hip and the left leg lifted. Bend and touch your right knee with your left hand. Continue for 10 reps before switching sides. Repeat for 3 sets.
  • Get into plank position, with hands on the ground and legs outstretched behind you. Begin driving your knee into the opposite shoulder. Continue switching legs for 45 seconds, repeat for 3 sets.
